OPT即Optional Practical Training（專業(yè)實習(xí)）。是美國F1簽證學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的實習(xí)期。
OPT一共分為兩種類型：普通OPT和STEM OPT。普通OPT的期限為12個月，而STEM OPT可以獲得額外的24個月延期，共計3年。
